What is the offer?

1. 25% Cashback (up to Rs. 75) on 1st transaction and 25% Cashback (up to Rs 25) on 2nd transaction via PhonePe on Niki android and iOS platform(s), during the offer period.

What is the offer duration?

1. 23rd March, 2018 (00:00:00 Hours) to 15th April, 2018 (23:59:59 Hours).

What is a valid PhonePe payment?

1. Payment to be made through UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card within the “PhonePe” option on Niki checkout.
2. For users paying through UPI, cashback will be valid only if the transaction is processed through “@ybl” VPA handle or through PhonePe linked bank account or complete the transaction within the PhonePe app.
3. Offer not valid on Wallet only payments. In case of partial payments using wallet balance and UPI/Cards, only the amount paid using UPI/Cards will be considered for the offer.

How do I check the eligibility of a purchase?

1. This offer will be applicable on any purchases made on Niki android and iOS platform(s).

How many times can this offer can be availed?

1. This offer is valid once (per user) using PhonePe during the offer period.

How do I avail the offer?

1. On Niki, select the services and proceed to pay.
2. On the payment page, select “PhonePe” as the payment method.
3. Pick the preferred payment option from the options shown (UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card, Wallet).
4. Click on “Pay using PhonePe” to complete the transaction

When do I get the cashback?

1. Cashback will be credited into your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.

What other conditions apply on the cashback amount?

1. Maximum cashback up to Rs. 75 on first transaction and Rs. 25 on second transaction.
2. Cashback can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores.
3. The cashback amount credited to PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
4. Cashback will not be offered if payment is made through PhonePe wallet. In case of partial payments using wallet balance and UPI/Cards, only the amount paid using UPI/Cards will be considered for the offer.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month.
2. Refunds would be processed on a pro-rata basis.
3. PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
4. In case of dispute, PhonePe reserves the right to take the final decision on the interpretation of these terms & conditions and also reserves the right to resolve the same as per the Terms & conditions of any offer at its sole discretion.
